2. How long does it take to receive an order?
We aim to have your order shipped within 3-4 weeks plus shipping!
PLEASE NOTE; We are not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.
3. How to take care of items?
Here you will find a complete form of how to properly wash and care for your embroidered apparel. Not following these steps will put your embroidered apparel at risk for thread breakage and overall damage to your item.Care Instructions: Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining and shrinking. DO NOT USE HEAT ON EMBROIDERY & HANG DRY FOR BEST RESULTS.
